Awesome Dude Does Rabbit Food (Salad)

The heat has reduced me to Rabbit Food (Salad).
I know I know, in an earlier post I stated that Awesome Dudes Awesome Ocean Trout is the healthiest thing that gets cooked in Awesome Dude’s house. Well that was the case up until a week ago. Then February and March decided to swap places. Then Awesome Chick took curry off the menu (apparently curries aren’t that nice when it’s 39c outside... who knew?)
So there you have it, Awesome Dude, the most awesome dude on the planet is making Rabbit Food (Salad).
WARNING.
If you make this Rabbit Food (Salad), you will not be awesome; I repeat you will NOT be awesome.
Alright this is what you need-
425gm of Tuna in olive oil blend
Rocket leaves and baby spinach leaves
Lebanese cucumber
2 big tomatoes
1/2 a red onion
1 small red capsicum
About a 100gms of marinated fetta
Alright this is what you do.
Throw your rocket and spinach in a big bowl, and then slice your cucumber straight down the middle, then with a teaspoon scrape out the juicy seed part, slice into bite sized chunks and put in bowl. Tomatoes and capsicum also chopped into bite sized chunks and put in bowl, onion sliced finely put in bowl. Now the Tuna, drain some of the oil then with a fork break it up as you put it in the bowl. Then marinated fetta, you can use your hands to break it up or a knife, put in bowl then drizzle the marinade over the salad. Toss and serve. Salt n pepper to taste.
Done, eat it. It’s not that bad... for Rabbit food.
