Awesome Dudes Awesome Chicken Alfredo

So the other day right, I’m just kicking back being awesome doing my magic coin trick over and over again because you never know when you’ll need to “wow” someone with a coin trick... It’s true you’ll never know.
Awesome Dudes Awesome Chicken Alfredo is awesome, it isn’t out of a jar either, that’s why it’s awesome and that’s why I’m awesome.
What you need-
500gms chicken breast
Red onion
Couple of cups of sliced mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic crushed
300mls of thickened cream
1 ½ cups of grated parmesan
4 tablespoons of butter
Salt n pepper
Olive oil
Fettuccine (enough for 3-4 people)
What you do-
You’ll need a big fry-pan, a little saucepan and a big saucepan.
Chop your onion roughly and chicken into cubes, splash some oil in your super hot pan and fry off the onion a bit then whack in the chicken and begin to brown.
In your little saucepan throw in the crushed garlic and butter and a little splash of oil and fry for a minute, then put in the cream, bring to the boil stirring. Now whack in the parmesan, get a whisk and start whisking until its smooth and thick, take off heat.
When the chicken is browned throw in the mushrooms and cook until the mushies are done.
You should probably get your pasta cooking at around the half-way stage, al dente of course.
Anyway once everything is cooked, pour the sauce in the chicken and stir, season with salt n pepper and then throw in the pasta and toss.
Serve.
For an authentic Alfredo just use the sauce and the pasta, no chicken or mushrooms, just pasta, cream, butter and cheese. That’s the way the Italians did it. Some Italians are pussies though, so whack the meat in if you feel like a man.
