Awesome Dudes Awesome Guacamole

Alright guacamole, or how I like to say it “gwack-a-moll”.
So making gwackamoll is piss easy, so easy a decrepit dog with arthritis and cancer that’s been hit by a car and is lying on the side of the road... and is blind, could have the energy to squish the avocados to make the gwackamoll.
It’s true; I hit a decrepit blind arthritic cancer ridden dog in my car... then asked it to make gwackamoll, and it said yes.
Then I did a signature Hulk Hogan leg drop to take it out of its misery.
What you need-
2 avocados
Half a small red onion finely chopped
Three tablespoons of lemon juice
Teaspoon of paprika
Salt n pepper to taste
What you do-
Cut the avocado in half and spoon out the flesh into a bowl and start to mash it up with a fork, then throw in the onion, lemon juice and paprika, mix it in. Add the salt n pepper to taste.
An old Mexican lady told me to put the seed (out of the avocado) back in the dip, this apparently keeps it greener longer, and then I like to whack some glad wrap on it and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Serve with corn chips or toasted pita bread.
Fun fact No29- The unborn young of a viviparous vertebrate makes an excellent filling for a dim sum.
