Awesome Dudes Awesome Lamb Koftas

Alright vegetarians, look away.
Good, they’re gone, let’s talk meat people. Now there are not many things better than a meatball... maybe two meatballs... um... or three... anyway.
Spicy meatballs are especially good, spicy meatballs with hummus, tzatziki, and beetroot dip, well they’re just friggin’ awesome.
So after I slaughtered my lamb I proceeded to skin and gut the animal, then I delicately tore strips of meat from it with my teeth. Precisely 800gm. Then I head butted the rest into the fridge...
This is what you need-
800 gm lamb mince
Small red onion finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped or crushed
Green chilli finely chopped
2 tablespoons of ground cumin
2 tablespoons of dried coriander leaves
Salt and Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil good slosh
Beetroot dip, Hummus and Tzatziki from the supermarket
Some small pita bread say ten or so, this feeds 4
This is what you do-
Put all the ingredients in a big bowl and combine, shape the mixture into little sausage football type things, you can put them on sticks if you want but who cares. Alright cook them on the BBQ, they will take about 8 minutes or so. So when they’re cooked, take them off and throw the bread on the hotplate for a couple of minutes and you’re done.
Serve with the dips.
Eat with hands.
Fun fact No51- Meat poisoning is a myth.
