Man I am awesome. I’m insanely fucking awesome!! So super fucking awesome it hurts. One time right, I was “jerkin’ my gherkin” and I shot a load all the way onto the ceiling, now that’s a fucking feat! I must have a supercharged dick or something...
I whipped up a stir-fry tonight. A freakin’ mad seafood stir-fry I concocted this very night. This recipe was conceived at about 6:30 and on the table by 7:00. I call it Awesome Dudes Awesome Lime Seafood Stir-Fry (with rice).
What you need-
300g-400g of raw prawns peeled
300g-400g of Yellowtail Kingfish fillet cubed
A broccoli floret
Some bok choy
One red capsicum
One carrot
Couple of cloves of garlic sliced
One red onion
4 tablespoons of fish sauce
The juice of 2 limes
Three tablespoons of butter
Tablespoon of peanut oil
Teaspoon of 5 spice, ground ginger and chilli powder.
Pepper to taste
1 ˝ cups of rice (cooked obviously)
What you do-
Chop all your vegetables into stir-fry sized pieces, set the bok choy leaves aside, heat up your wok and throw in the butter and the peanut oil and the prawns and fish, add spices. Stir fry for a couple of minutes until just cooked, then add all you vegetables and the fish sauce and the lime juice, stir fry that for a five or so minutes, add some pepper and the bok choy leaves, give it a stir and it’s done. Serve with rice.
Fun fact No78- The lady that lives next door has a face that resembles the skin of decomposing walrus.
