Awesome Dudes Awesome Pasta Bake

Alright then? Cool.
Some days all you’ve got in the kitchen is left-over veggies and some frozen mince... and tins of tomatoes, and some pasta... and a little bit of fetta.
So you whack ‘em all together and you pasta bake.
Italian food is a piece of piss; it’s basically sauce and pasta. So every now and then you should spice it up and put a crusty bit on top, that’s when pasta baking comes in.
What you need-
400-500gm of beef mince
Broccoli floret
Onion
Half a zucchini (thats all I had)
Two tins of crushed tomatoes
Couple of cloves of garlic
Some pasta, say 250gm
Some fetta, just a little bit
Bread crumbs
Chilli powder
Olive oil
Herb butter (click on link)Your text goes here
What you do-
Chop up the onion and garlic and throw in a super hot fry-pan with a splash of olive oil and a sprinkle of chilli powder. Throw in mince, season well and brown. Then add the other vegetables and the tomatoes. Simmer for 40 mins.
Meanwhile cook the pasta al dente, drain and throw in a knob of herb butter, toss it round then put it in an oven dish, pour the mince in too, stir around, crumble fetta on top, then sprinkle bread crumbs all over.
Whack it in the oven for 30 mins or until golden on top.
Looking at the photo there seems to be some fresh parsley thrown in at some stage... so whack some in!
