Alright slappers, what’s crackin’? Thought I’d show you how to make Pizza.
So if you’ve got a food processor this is quite easy, if not, well it’s still pretty easy.
The dough is my Mum’s recipe; this is what you need-
2 cups of plain flour
¼ teaspoon of oregano
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
½ cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Topping-
Salami
Capsicum
Onion
Mushrooms
Mozzarella cheese
Some kind of tomato based sauce or tomato paste
What you do-
Combine all dry ingredients in food processor and whizz it up for a second, then with your food processor running on 1, slowly pour in the olive oil and water, a ball should form. If not, say if it is like bread crumbs, add more water, and if it is sloppy jalopy add more flour. (when adding more flour or water do so with a tablespoon at a time)
Once the ball has formed, remove with floured hands and place on a floured bench top. Roll it out a couple of times then form a ball and place in a warmish bowl and cover with a towel for an hour.
It should have doubled in size, so punch fuck out of it.
Once it has been bashed take it out put it on the bench cut into portions (makes 2 large pizzas or three smallish ones) then roll them out and place on a flour dusted pizza tray.
Top with toppings-
Sauce first, then a little bit of cheese, then salami, then onion, then mushrooms, then capsicum, then some more cheese, sprinkle with oregano, cook for 10-15 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 200c. Serve.
Fun fact No12- Chilly Bin is a stupid name for an Esky.
