Awesome Dudes Awesome Scotch Fillet with Herb Butter

Alright losers, I’m back again. I’ll try to pump out a few posts in the next couple of weeks, for now, here’s a steak!
What you need-
200-300gm scotch fillets
Some chips (frozen, whatever)
A salad (you know a fucking salad)
Bout a 100gms of butter (soften)
Handful of fresh flat leaf parsley
Handful of fresh oregano
Good splash of olive oil
One clove of garlic sliced a bit
Couple of teaspoons of lemon zest
Two teaspoons of ground sage leaves
Salt n pepper
What you do-
Place the garlic, parsley and oregano in a food processor with a splash of olive oil and whizz. Then put in the soften butter, lemon zest and ground sage leaves, season well. Whizz until combined, transfer to a little bowl or container and refrigerate. Or if you haven’t got much time the freezer will do it in about 20-30 mins.
Start cooking your chips (sprinkle a little paprika on them). Cook your steaks, assemble your salad (or toss) put it all on a plate and top the steak with the herb butter.
Fun fact No23- One time I woke up and there was a dead spider on my pillow, and something was in my eye, it was a spider leg.

I heard somewhere that in our lifetime we accidentally swallow a few spiders whilst sleeping, apparently they come down and drink from the saliva on the corners of a mouths...
its just what I heard.
If I see a spider on the ceiling before going to bed I always kill it... it aint gettin any free drinks off me!!
