Awesome Dudes Awesome Tandoori Chicken
September 22nd 2008 02:42
Alright all you spastics, feeling pretty good today, gonna get para tonight, might even need a wheelchair to get home...
Anyway here’s a piss easy recipe that any slut can do, and is a great addition to your BBQ repertoire.
What you need-
Chicken (thighs or breasts) bout a 1 kg
Half a jar of tandoori curry paste
Half a punnet of 400ml yoghurt (200ml)
Salad (whatever you want)
Lemon
What you do-
Mix the curry paste and yoghurt in a big bowl, if you’ve got breasts cut them in half if you got thighs they should be a nice size, so throw them in the bowl, mix it round then whack it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, give it a toss every now and then.
Make a salad.
Cook chicken on the BBQ, normally tandoori chicken is cooked in a Tandoor (Indian bbq) but not many skips have them so bung it on the BBQ. Cook for about 5 mins either side until cooked.
Serve with a lemon wedge and salad.
Fun fact No1- I am great.
