Awesome Dudes Awesome Thai Green Curry

Alright peoples, I’m back, not for long. Just thought I better post something before my blog gets hijacked.
So I had a quick look through some photo’s and found my Thai Green Curry, I’ll see if I can remember how to make it.
What you need-
500gm chicken breast diced 2cm cubes
Brown onion sliced and diced
Three cloves of garlic sliced
Green chilli sliced
Little ginger sliced up thin
Snow peas, say a handful... I have big hands so two handfuls if you’re a whiny little girl
Can of coconut cream
Three tablespoons of thai green curry paste
Four dried Kaffir lime leaves sliced up
Tablespoon of fish sauce
Fresh coriander
Cup of chicken stock
Oil
Rice (however much you like)
What you do-
Add a little oil to a super hot fry pan and fry the curry paste until fragrant, then whack in the onion, garlic, ginger and chilli. Fry that for a couple of minutes. Alright throw in the chicken and brown, then add the coconut cream, stock and the kaffir lime leaves and fish sauce, simmer for half an hour. Then get a half a handful of coriander, chop roughly and throw in pan, and the snow peas, whack them in too. Stir it round for a minute and it’s done. Serve with rice. Whack a sprig of coriander on there too... you know, to church it up.
