November 6th 2009 00:45
Alright then molls, here's a recipe from last summer.
Now I didn't cook these Lobster's I got them from the Footscray Market, I think we payed around $20 for fresh cooked lobster, cant remember how much they weighed.
What you need-
Cooked rock lobster 1 or 2
Chips (I went for the crinkle cut)
some salad ingredients
few cloves of garlic
some cream
some kind of herb (cant remember what I put in)(It was thyme)
olive oil
What you do-
Get your lobster's, and slice them length ways, you could use a pair of kitchen scissors if you want I think I may have used a clever. Once in half give the guts a bit of a rinse then pat them dry with paper towel. Cook your chips make a salad.
In a small fry pan fry some crushed garlic in some olive oil for about 2 mins, not too much because the garlic may go bitter or burnt, add some cream about 100mls, then I think I used a bit of thyme and some salt and pepper.
Serve.
now, you know what to do...
